1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Due to the nature of prescription medications like Ozempic, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products unless the product is defective or damaged.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Photos of the damaged or defective item may be required for verification.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at sales@trimvita.com or  to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our team, along with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.

  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item shipped).


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used prescription medications, including Ozempic.

  • Products without a valid proof of purchase.

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.


6. Prescription Medication Returns

For prescription medications like Ozempic, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been opened or used, as per federal and state regulations. If you believe there is an issue with your medication, please contact us immediately for assistance.


7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
